Automated pipe to flange welding machine 

the RFSM pipe to flange welding machine operates efficiently with up to 4 MIG/MAG welding heads simultaneously at both ends of the pipe.

The automated Pipe to Slip-on-Flange-welding machine is standard able to automatically weld with MIG/MAG the inner and outer welds of the connection to pipe and the slip on flange.

this machine is designed to weld pipe spools of two flanges to both ends of one metal pipe. the pipe diameters it could handle is from outside diameter 1" to 18" and up to 6300 mm long spools. The machine has 4 welding heads on both sides of the pipe 2 welding heads. One for inner welding and one for outer welding per side. The machine could be equipped with software to send orders from the office to the machine.

additionally Mueller Opladen offers automatic pipe infeed systems, manually the flanges have to be put in to the machine. after the MIG/MAG automated welding process there are also options to automatically dispatch the welded pipe to flange spool.
