The first step is remote diagnostics, enabling the solution of many issues online.
For this purpose, the pipe profiling machine is connected via the Internet to the MÜLLER OPLADEN service team so that it can analyze the problem and assess the service needs. Direct communication with developers and project managers is also possible. In this way many questions can be answered quickly and many problems rapidly solved.
If this is not enough, a MÜLLER OPLADEN service technician is dispatched from the nearest center. At the same time, the necessary spare parts are shipped out so that the service assignment can be executed as fast as possible and with minimum machine downtime. At present there are service stations with skilled service technicians in Germany, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Singapore and the UAE region. A branch is currently being set up in Russia.
