The longitudinal seam welding machines we offer are used to weld steel structures together, most of the time there are fillet welding connections between for example steel beams or other square objects. Before welding the mechanical sensor is scanning the surface of the steel and the software of the machine reads the surface on in perfections or other deviations. This data the software transfers to the machine to adapts its welding parameters to adapt on the situation.
The longitudinal seam welding machines of Mueller Opladen are sold for example in shipbuilding industries, steel constructions, offshore constructions and train manufacturing to name a few industries.
Together with the end customer we can offer GMAW, GTAW, SAW, PLASMA and WIG welding sources to be used in the longitudinal seam welding systems.
