Efficient processing of pipes up to 12 m in length and 914 mm in diameter
MO Compact is the bottom-of-the-range model for CNC-controlled 3D pipe cutting. On the four MO models, round pipes ranging from 50 to 914 mm in diameter and weighing up to 4 tons can be cut highly efficiently.
The MO Compact series consists of standardized, compact machines for round pipes with all the key basic functions for efficient pipe cutting – perfect for cutting workpieces up to 914 mm in diameter, 12 m in length and 4 tons in pipe weight. Wall thicknesses from 5 to 60 mm can be processed, depending on the cutting technique. The machines are equipped with 6 CNC-controlled axes.
Two examples:
MO 600/6 Compact
with 6 CNC axes for round pipes with a maximum diameter of 610 mm inclusive of Kjellberg PA-S45W plasma cutting unit, oxy-fuel cutting system, fixed chuck and height-adjustable, hydraulic scissor-type pipe carriage
MO 800/6 Compact
with 6 CNC axes for round pipes with a maximum diameter of 812 mm inclusive of Hypertherm HPR130XD plasma cutting unit, oxy-fuel cutting system, height-adjustable chuck, manual ball gutter and hold-down
