Efficient Pipe Processing with WMO Technology plus Safe Handling
Victaulic has now successfully commissioned a WATTS MUELLER W-364 pipe profiling machine with comprehensive logistics. The new machine is equipped as a key component for automated production – with advanced logistics and state-of-the-art handling systems.
In connection with Industry 4.0, state-of-the-art pipe profiling machines from Watts Müller can be intelligently integrated into production chains, as impressively demonstrated by Victaulic’s example. Automatic pipe machining is followed by advanced welding workstations automatically supplied with pipes for efficient further processing.
“For this project we have installed powerful software that not only enables straightforward and safe machine operation, but is also integrated into Victaulic’s PPC system (production planning and control system) for maximum project and product transparency”, says CEO David Carr.
