Our beam coping machine is in fact a fully CNC controlled robotic cutting line with a 6 CNC axis Kuka robot and with an infeed and outfeed conveyor. The robot can profile cut H-beams, I-Beams and T-Beams in the closed cell where the robot is placed in, to this cell the beams are transported over an automatic length measuring infeed conveyor and after cutting the outfeed conveyor feeds them out of the cutting cell.

The beam coping machine we offer is suitable for profile cutting square and rectangular shaped steel such as H-Beams, I-Beams, T-Beams but also square pipe, rectangular pipe and U-channel and L-channels. The machine is called the MO-Robo we offer it in two models being the 600 mm height machine and the 1220 mm workpiece height machine.

Our beam coping machine is able to profile cut the beams with all common 3D profile cuts or we integrate your special profile cutting macros also in to the machine if required., the central control works with CAD-CAM integration. Our MO-Robo machine is the highest quality industrial solution for beam coping with high definition plasma cutting to cut ratholes, slots, cutouts or other profile cuts.

The closed cutting cell in the beam coping production line that we offer is the part with the robot that cuts the steel with the high definition plasma source to create beams with all kinds of cut outs and shapes. This closed cell has a fume extraction unit with filter. The infeed conveyor and outfeed conveyors from this 3d robotic cutting line are connected to the closed cutting cell.
